Cozinhe o frango com a água, o sal e 2 dos dentes de alho.
Espere esfriar, desfie grosseiramente e reserve.
Pique a cebola, o dente de alho que restou e refogue. Adicione a páprica mexendo ate diluir. Refogue o frango já desfiado. Adicione o caldo do cozimento e deixee apurar por uns 5 minutos em fogo baixo. 
Num refratário espalhe o requeijão, o frango refogado, a mussarela e cubra com a palha. 


Cook the chicken with water, salt and 2 cloves of garlic.
Allow to cool, coarsely shred and set aside.
Chop the onion, the remaining garlic clove and sauté. Add paprika, stirring until dissolved. Sauté the shredded chicken. Add the cooking broth and let it cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
In a refractory spread the cottage cheese, the braised chicken, the mozzarella and cover with the straw.
