Chicken thighs1 kg
Lime Tahiti1 unit(s)
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
Chopped fresh rosemary to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Medium tomato cut into 4 parts2 unit(s)
Sliced medium onion1 unit(s)
Fresh Basil to taste

Season the thighs with garlic, lemon, salt, paprika and pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.
Place the thighs on a baking sheet along with the tomato pieces and onion rings and bake in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 1 hour or until they are golden.
Finish with the basil and serve next.
