  • Cooked rice1 cup
  • Shredded chicken fillet200 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Diced tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Passata1/2 cup
  • Corn70 g
  • Green smell2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan30 g
  • Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Macerated Garlic1 unit(s)
  1. Heat a pan with 2 spoons of olive oil, sauté 1 clove of crushed garlic, add the onion, tomato, chicken and passata, season with salt and pepper, add a little water and let it cook.
  2. With the sauce still brothy, add the rice, stir well and let the sauce dry a little. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
  3. For the salad cut the cucumber into slices and season with salt, oil and vinegar.
