  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Baking Powder1/2 tablespoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 l
  1. In a bowl, season the chicken with lemon, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, paprika and set aside.
  2. Mix the wheat flour with the yeast
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then in the flour.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  5. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve it hot.
