  • Thigh and thigh fillets1 kg
  • Panko flour4 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Natural seasonings to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Boil the thighs in a pan with water and salt, chimichurri and 2 bay leaves, for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the thighs and reinforce the seasoning with salt, rosemary, and crushed garlic.
  3. Dip the fillets in the beaten egg and then in the panko flour with the Parmesan cheese mixed together.
  4. Take it to the airfryer, drizzle with oil or butter, for 25 minutes at 180°.
