- Thigh and thigh fillets1 kg
- Panko flour4 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Natural seasonings to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Boil the thighs in a pan with water and salt, chimichurri and 2 bay leaves, for 10 minutes.
- Remove the thighs and reinforce the seasoning with salt, rosemary, and crushed garlic.
- Dip the fillets in the beaten egg and then in the panko flour with the Parmesan cheese mixed together.
- Take it to the airfryer, drizzle with oil or butter, for 25 minutes at 180°.
