- Boiled Potatoes5 cup
- Cooked and seasoned shredded chicken2 cup
- Whole milk3/4 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
- Softened butter2 tablespoon
- Fresh peas1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Mix the peas with the shredded chicken and set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, beat the potatoes with the milk, butter and salt. Reserve.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic, mix it in the cream of the blender.
- In a refractory platter place the shredded chicken with the peas covering the entire bottom.
- Pour the cream from the blender on top, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
