Boiled Potatoes5 cup
Cooked and seasoned shredded chicken2 cup
Whole milk3/4 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
Softened butter2 tablespoon
Fresh peas1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon

Mix the peas with the shredded chicken and set aside.
In a blender or food processor, beat the potatoes with the milk, butter and salt. Reserve.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic, mix it in the cream of the blender.
In a refractory platter place the shredded chicken with the peas covering the entire bottom.
Pour the cream from the blender on top, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
Place in a preheated oven at 220ºC to bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
