  • Catupiry or Reaueijao500 g
  • Milk Cream1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella400 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Spices to taste
  1. In a pan of your choice, cook the chicken breast.
  2. Once cooked, shred and season to taste.
  3. In a form or platter, place the shredded and seasoned chicken with the catupiry or cream cheese and the cream.
  4. Stir and adjust the seasonings.
  5. Finish with mozzarella and take it to the oven to gratin.
  6. Serve with straw potatoes.
