  • Chicken leg and drumstick500 g
  • Bone-in chicken breast400 g
  • Sunflower oil100 ml
  • Bay leaf2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
  • Canned corn2 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract200 g
  • Very ripe tomato1 kg
  • Seedless Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Heart of palm250 g
  • Green pitted olives100 g
  • Herbs to taste - marjoram, chives, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary. to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted Cornmeal150 g
  • Green smell to finish to taste
  1. In a pan, heat oil and place chicken with bay leaves and herbs. When the chicken is well browned, add the crushed onion and pepper, sauté, add about 500ml of water and cook for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Remove all the bones from the chicken with the help of a sinner and a fork.
  3. Add the tomato paste and cook for another 15 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Add the corn, olives, hearts of palm, salt and 1 liter of water. Wait for it to boil again and add the corn flour little by little, stirring constantly. Finish with green smell.
