- Chicken fillet cut into strips600 g

- crushed tomato1 unit(s)
- Not-so-thin sliced hearts of palm3 unit(s)
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

- Prato cheese cut into small cubes150 g
- Bacon150 g
- Parsley to finish to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden.
- Add the chicken and season with the thyme, paprika and pepper.
- Don't stir the chicken for about 5 minutes and let it fry over high heat, this will let your chicken seal well and get golden.
- After this time, mix and let it brown on the other side.
- Add salt and mix.
- Put the chopped onion in small cubes and leave it until it becomes transparent, after that add the tomato and the hearts of palm mix well, lower the heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes with the pan covered.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon, let it get well toasted to get crispy in the middle of the chicken, drain and reserve.
- After that time, add the cream cheese and cream cheese and mix well for about 3 minutes, until the cream is bubbly.
- Add the cheese and bacon, mix well, turn off the heat and leave for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
- Finish with parsley and that's it. Serve hot with white rice and potato chips.
