  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese300 g
  • Bacon100 g
  • Sour cream300 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Laurel Leaf to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Olive to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan, put the chicken to cook along with some bay leaves, paprika and salt.
  2. While the chicken cooks, grate the zucchini (I grated it like spaghetti), chop the onion, tomato and olive.
  3. Now that the chicken is cooked, shred it roughly with a fork.
  4. In a pan, beat the garlic, throw the onion and the butter and let it fry for a few minutes.
  5. Place the shredded chicken, olives and tomatoes in this pan and stir well to combine. Add the cream and continue stirring. If necessary, you can add more salt. If the consistency after the cream has become too thick, add a little water and stir.
  6. In a glass dish, place a layer of zucchini on the bottom and the chicken on top of it. Place the mozzarella on top of the chicken.
  7. Cut the bacon into cubes/strips and fry it. Then sprinkle over the mozzarella.
  8. Take it to the oven at about 200 degrees until the cheese melts and it's ready! I made this recipe for my birthday dinner and it was a hit! Hope you like it! Kisses!
