Creamy Chicken Stroganoff!! ♥️🤤

  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Colorau1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Chimichurri without pepper1 teaspoon
  • Pure Turmeric Powder (Shallow Spoon)1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Box of sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Ketchup3 tablespoon
  • Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes of approximately 2 cm.
  2. In a bowl, add the chopped chicken, vinegar, paprika, smoked paprika, chimichurri without pepper, pure turmeric powder, salt and oil, mix well and set aside.
  3. In a pan, add the butter or margarine and let it melt over high heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden, put the chicken and stir occasionally, to fry completely.
  5. Fry the chicken for about 4/5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  6. Add the cottage cheese and mix well.
  7. Lower the heat to, low heat.
  8. Add the cream, water, ketchup and mustard, mix well.
  9. Let it boil for about 2 minutes. Enjoy your food.
  10. (Chef's tip: when adding the cream and the rest of the ingredients, reduce the heat to low).
