- Shredded Chicken550 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)

- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 ml
- Straw Potato. to taste
- Oregano. to taste
- Black pepper. to taste
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Sauté the garlic, onion and tomato in a pressure cooker until golden.
- Add the chicken and then cover up to two inches of water above.
- After twenty minutes of pressure, open and add the seasonings.
- Let this sauce reduce until it becomes creamy and intense.
- Add the cream and stir until it becomes a cream.
- Then place on a platter, add cheese and bake at 180° for 10 min or until the cheese melts.
- When ready, place the potato straw on top and serve.
