Chicken breast

Em uma frigideira, coloque a manteiga, e refogue o alho e a cebola 

In a skillet, put the butter, and sauté the garlic and onion.

Adicione o frango, pimenta do reino, sal e o shoyo, deixe apurar

Add the chicken, black pepper, salt and soy sauce, let it come to a boil

Adicione a água e deixe o frango cozinhar por cerca de 12 minutos com a frigideira tampada

Add the water and let the chicken cook for about 12 minutes with the pan covered.
