Approximately 1 chicken breast500 g
Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
Large Onion1 unit(s)
Large Tomato1 unit(s)
Garlic Cloves6 unit(s)
Water250 ml
Seasoning I used cumin, saffron, pepperoni1 to taste
Pinch of salt1 to taste

Cut the peppers into cubes and set aside
Cut the chicken into cubes, mix with all the seasonings and bring to a low heat along with the onion and garlic cloves to brown.
After browning, add the tomato and water little by little.
After adding all the water, still on low heat, add the peppers that were reserved.
Keep on low heat for a few minutes and after noticing that the broth has thickened, remove from the heat and serve.
