- Mayonnaise3 cup
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Lime Juice2 tablespoon
- Parsley3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Straw potato200 g
- Baked Potato500 g
- For the filling, mix 1.5 cups of mayonnaise, shredded chicken, chopped seedless tomatoes, grated carrots, corn, peas, parsley, chopped olives, mustard, lemon juice in a platter. Mix and season with salt to taste. Reserve
- Pass the boiled potato through the juicer and place in a bowl with 1.5 cups of mayonnaise. Mix and season with salt to taste.
- For assembly, place 3 slices of bread without the crust next to each other. Followed by a layer of filling, repeating until you have 4 layers of bread.
- Spread the puree all over the side of the pie and on the top with the back of a spoon, and leave it smooth with the help of a pastry spatula or a table knife.
- Decorate with tomatoes, olives and basil leaves.
