Chicken drumstick1 kg

Chili Pepper1/2 teaspoon
Lard1 dessert spoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Diced Tomato4 unit(s)
Diced carrot2 unit(s)
Diced Potato3 unit(s)
Tomato extract1 tablespoon
Hot water0 to taste
Green smell1/2 cup
Salt0 to taste

Heat the pan, add the lard and sauté the chicken already seasoned with garlic, pepper and salt, add the onion and let it brown, add the extract and stir well.
Add the tomato, carrot and potato and mix well.
Put the hot water and let it cook over low heat until the vegetables are soft and the sauce is very thick.
Check the seasoning, sprinkle green smell and serve with white rice, beans, farofa.
