Smoked paprika, cumin, Edu Guedes seasonings1 to taste

Clean the chicken, wash it with vinegar, then season it with garlic, salt and the August seasonings.
Take a pan, add the oil and let it heat up, add the chicken and let it brown.
Then add onion and carrot, as it is tougher, it takes longer to cook, then add tomato sauce and tomato.
Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes, add the salt and seasonings.
Then add the potato, yam and let it cook
Note: I advise cooking the corn separately because it is harder cut into slices and then add it to cook with the rest of the ingredients.
Let it boil until the potato is ready and the yam is cooked then add the green smell and ready to serve.
