- Lettuce to taste
- Arugula to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste

- Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes.
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper. Add the onion and garlic to the chicken, covering the surface of the fillets.
- Cook the sweet potato until soft.
- For the salad: coarsely shred the washed lettuce and arugula and place in a bowl. Cut the tomato into cubes and grate the carrot. Mix it up and book.
- Grease a frying pan with olive oil, let it heat up and fry the chicken fillets with the onion and garlic on top. When golden on one side, turn to brown on the other side.
- Peel and cut the sweet potato into slices.
- In a skillet with olive oil, lightly fry the sweet potato until golden on each side, finish with salt and pepper.
- Mix a ratio of one quantity of oil to two of vinegar, beat with a fork until everything is mixed, season with salt and pepper. Salad dressing is ready.
- Now just assemble the plate and eat!
