Corte o frango, tempero a gosto. E reserve.
Em a frigideira, coloque 2 colheres de manteiga, 1 colher de alho e deixe fritar um pouco.
Coloque os cubos de frango. 

Doure dos dois lados.
A recente 100 ml de shoyo 
E dilua 1 colher de trigo em meio copo de água, e acrescente neste junto ao shoyo. Deixe ferver em fogo baixo. 

Sirva com arroz..
