- Garlic to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Ana Maria Seasoning to taste
- Cut the chicken and clean it, then add the seasonings: salt, garlic, black pepper and the Ana Maria seasoning mix, set aside. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, also cut the sausages in half. Now and just mount it in a shape or marinex. The chicken, potatoes and sausages, then cover with aluminum foil, bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 300°. Remove the aluminum foil and leave gild.
