Chicken breast1/2 kg
Potatoes4 unit(s)
Mozzarella300 g
Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
Sour cream1/2 can(s)
Spices and salt to taste
Oil4 tablespoon
Bacon200 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic3 unit(s)
Liquid milk200 ml
Chopped Chives to taste

In a container put the potatoes to cook with a little salt
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the chicken cut into cubes and sauté a little longer. Add the salt and your usual spices. Let it cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick.
Fry the Bacon into small pieces and set aside.
In a blender, beat the potatoes, cottage cheese, cream and milk until smooth.
Pour this cream on top of the chicken, put the mozzarella and finally the bacon and chives to decorate. If you want, cover the pan and leave it for about 3 minutes and it's ready. A tip is to serve it with white rice and straw potatoes.
