  • Powdered Bahia Seasoning1 teaspoon
  • soy sauce1 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Start by seasoning the thighs and drumsticks with salt, lemon pepper, Bahian seasoning and soy sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that, place them in the oven to fry until golden. At the same time, boil the pequis powder for 5 minutes and discard the water. In another pan, brown the garlic, onion and pepper, add the pequis, rice and water and adjust the salt. After boiling and drying the water, add the Thighs and Fried Thighs, cover and wait for the cooking to finish. Until the rice is squinho and soft, finish with green smell.
