Doure o alho a cebola primeiro,depois coloque o restante dos ingredientes,no frango para ir dourando também,menos o quiabo.
Após dourar acrescente água para cozinhar o frango.
Em outra panela coloque um fio de óleo os quiabos cortados em rodelas vá mexendo até doura e sair toda a babá q ele solta
Depois e só juntar o quiabo com o frango e deixe cozinhar por mais 10 minutos e está pronto.
