Chicken Breast300 g
Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Mustard Seed3 tablespoon
Mustard Sauce3 tablespoon
Water1 cup
Black Pepper, Salt, Olive Oil to taste
Green Smell50 g
Lemon1 unit(s)

Cut the chicken breast into medium cubes and season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a pan put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes to brown. Add the chicken to sauté.
When the chicken is turning golden, add the mustard seeds and the sauce. Mix well.
Add the water, check if you need more salt and black pepper, mix and let it cook. When the broth dries up, add the green smell and mix a little more before serving.
