Chicken with cottage cheese and leek

Aqueça uma frigideira com metade do azeite, em fogo alto e frite o frango temperado com o tempero em pó, sal e pimenta até dourar.

Retire, deixe amornar, corte em tiras e coloque em uma travessa. Aqueça uma panela com o azeite restante e frite o alho-poró até murchar.

Adicione o requeijão, o creme de leite e o frango reservado, acerte o sal e cozinhe por 3 minutos. Desligue, espalhe sobre as tiras de frango e sirva.

Heat a skillet with half the oil over high heat and fry the chicken seasoned with the seasoning powder, salt and pepper until golden.

Remove, let cool, cut into strips and place on a platter. Heat a pan with the remaining oil and fry the leeks until wilted.

Add the curd, the cream and the reserved chicken, adjust the salt and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off, spread over the chicken strips and serve.
