- Chicken200 g
- Boiled corn1 can(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Onion to taste
- Cream cheese light2 tablespoon
- Spices to taste
- Chop the chicken into cubes and season as you like.
- Put the corn, milk, salt and pepper in the blender. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Brown the onion and put the already seasoned chicken to cook and brown.
- Add the corn cream, stir a little and let it thicken.
- Add the cream cheese and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with salad and rice.
