Chicken fillet cut into strips500 g
Chimi churri1 coffee spoon
paprika1 coffee spoon
Turmeric1 coffee spoon
Salt and pepper0 to taste
Minced garlic to taste
Canned corn1 can(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
grated mozzarella (optional)100 g

In a large skillet with oil, place the chicken and seasonings. Let it sauté until it starts to fry.
In the meantime, beat the corn with the cream in a blender (if you prefer strain it after smoothing)
When the chicken starts to fry, add the beaten cream, mix, adjust the salt and cover. Leave on low heat until it thickens.
Then put the grated cheese, cover and leave it on the fire for 2 minutes.
