- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic4 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese slices100 g
- Corn1 can(s)
- Straw potato to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sauté garlic and onion and add the cooked and shredded chicken. Mix.
- Add bell pepper and tomato sauce. Stir and sauté for a few minutes.
- In the blender: put corn, cream and mozzarella cheese. Beat for 2 min.
- Put that cream over the braised chicken, stir and hit the salt.
- Finish with green smell and straw potato.
