- Corn1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the corn, milk, flour and season
- Grill the chicken films and set aside and in the same pan, still dirty, add the cream from the blender and stir until thickened
- Come back with the chicken and it's done
