- Recipe
- Diced chicken breast500 g
- Chopped Cabotiá300 g
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Season the chicken with vinegar, salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Cook the cabotia in salted water until tender.
- In another pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the chicken breast and sauté too.
- Add the cooked cabotia and mix vigorously to break it up. Cover the pan and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Add water from cooking the cabotia to make the broth texture as you prefer.
- Serve with potato chips.
