- Boneless chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove1 unit(s)
- Saffron to taste
- Cut the carrot into slices and the broccoli. Put it to cook, after boiling let it cook for about 5 minutes. Drain the water in reserve
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and set aside
- In a pan add the olive oil, the crushed garlic and the chopped onion. Start to cool down. After the onion starts to become transparent add the chicken and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Season to taste, I used salt, black pepper, chimichurri and saffron
- Finally add the broccoli and the carrot used previously reserved. Mix and it's ready
