  • Chicken cut into pieces500 g
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Lemon01 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Chimichurri0 to taste
  • Oil300 ml
  1. Season the chicken with the lemon, mustard, garlic, chimichurri and black pepper.
  2. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours, for the seasoning to set in the chicken.
  3. Pass all the pieces in wheat flour
  4. Heat the oil in a pan at medium temperature, then fry the chicken pieces until golden on both sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels, and it's ready to serve.
