- Chicken cut into pieces500 g
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Lemon01 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Chimichurri0 to taste
- Oil300 ml
- Season the chicken with the lemon, mustard, garlic, chimichurri and black pepper.
- Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours, for the seasoning to set in the chicken.
- Pass all the pieces in wheat flour
- Heat the oil in a pan at medium temperature, then fry the chicken pieces until golden on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels, and it's ready to serve.
