Chicken fillet4 unit(s)
Salt, Basil and Pepper to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
White cheese or other40 g
Tomato1 unit(s)

Season the chicken fillet on both sides with olive oil, black pepper, salt.
At one end, place the stuffing (basil, 1 slice of tomato, and one slice of white cheese).
Cover the stuffing with the chicken and secure with toothpicks so they don't come loose.
Place the stuffed chicken in a greased shape in a preheated oven at 190ºC for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
