- Chicken breast (cut into cubes)1 kg

- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Ketchup1 cup
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Laminated Champignom200 kg
- Sour cream box3 unit(s)
- Seasonings (salt, pepper) to taste
- Separate and quantify ingredients
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil, put salt and pepper on the chicken, let it fry, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more olive oil, add the onion and garlic, sauté, put the chicken and leave it for about 5 minutes, add the mustard and stir, then the ketchup, the mushrooms and the cream. Mix everything and serve immediately with rice, potato straw and salad. Also try it with noodles, it's wonderful!
