Chicken breast, cut into small cubes1 kg
Whey-free sour cream2 can(s)
Chimichurri seasonings, Bahian seasoning, oregano, fine herbs, black pepper, garlic and onion to taste
Salt to taste
Mustard to taste
Ketchup to taste
Milk200 ml
Corn starch1 dessert spoon
Champions to taste
Olive oil3 tablespoon

Season the chicken with your favorite seasonings and set aside. In olive oil, sauté garlic and chopped or crushed onion and place the chicken. saute very well
Then add the mustard and ketchup and mix well.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add it to the chicken. When it starts to thicken, immediately add the Champions and the cream. Stir for a moment and turn off the heat.
Serve with potato straw and white rice.
