Diced chicken breast400 g
Sour cream200 g
Frozen peas100 g
Mustard1 tablespoon
ketchup1 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Salt/pepper/vinegar and paprika to taste

I cut the chicken breast and seasoned it with salt, pepper, vinegar and paprika, left it marinating for 20 minutes.
In a frying pan, I added the oil and butter and fried the chicken pieces until golden brown, added the minced garlic and fried it together, lastly the onion.
I added the peas, mustard, ketchup and sour cream, left for 10 minutes over medium heat until well incorporated.
Served with rice and straw potatoes 😋
