- Ketchup1 cup
- Dijon Mustard1/2 cup
- White Wine50 ml

- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter for grilling to taste
- Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper. Let the seasoning act for about 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the chicken cubes little by little, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan and sear them until golden brown. Make and reserve the pieces for the rest of the preparation. Repeat the process until all the pieces are done and be careful not to let the chicken release liquids, otherwise it will become rubbery.
- After sealing all the cubes, heat more oil again and sauté the onion along with the mushroom handles, add the chicken again and add the white wine.
- As soon as the alcohol smell disappears, add the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
