  • Chicken breast cut into medium cubes2 cup
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
  • ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Canned hearts of palm cut into slices1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Chopped Green Spice1 tablespoon
  • Butter ghee1 tablespoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  1. Season the chicken with mustard and salt and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat the butter and brown the chicken cubes.
  3. Add garlic and onion and sauté.
  4. Add ketchup and tomato sauce and mix.
  5. Add a little water and salt and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the hearts of palm and cream, mix and adjust the salt.
  7. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and finish with the green seasoning.
  8. Serve the stroganoff accompanied by rice, salad and straw potatoes.
