Boneless chicken breast cut into strips400 g
Cooked white beans1 cup
Chopped seedless tomato1 cup
Squeezed Lime1/2 unit(s)
Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped fresh basil leaves1/4 cup
Sea Salt to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste

Season the chicken with the lemon, half the basil, salt and pepper and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken strips little by little until golden brown. Reserve.
Heat more oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
Add the beans, season with salt and mix. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
Return the chicken to the pan along with the beans and mix.
Add the remaining basil, hit the salt and cook for another 1 minute.
Serve with grated parmesan on top.
