Chicken stew with potato

Lave as coxas de frango com limão em água corrente e reserve

Coloque uma panela no fogo,adicione o óleo e os temperos cortados,o alho,coloque o frango,jogue o colorau por cima e refogue,em seguida adicione água,deixe cozinhar,quando estiver meio mole,coloque as batatas e assim que a batata amolecer estará bom.
