Chicken stew with Cassava

Tempere o frango com o sal, pimenta, 2 dentes de alho, colorau e o cubinho de galinha amassado.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, 2 garlic cloves, paprika and the crushed chicken cube.

Em uma panela grande coloque o óleo, frite o frango temperado até dourar, adicione a cebola e os os outros 2 alhos, junte o extrato, o coentro picado, misture, cozinhe por uns 2 minutos, adicione a mandioca, cubra com água, diminua o fogo, cozinhe até a mandioca ficar macia. Sirva quente.

Put the oil in a large pan, fry the seasoned chicken until golden, add the onion and the other 2 garlics, add the extract, the chopped coriander, mix, cook for about 2 minutes, add the cassava, cover with water, reduce the fire, cook until the cassava is soft. Serve it hot.
