- Cassava cut into thick slices (cassava)500 g
- oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped medium onions2 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Tomato extract6 tablespoon
- Coriander to taste
- Knorr chicken-flavored bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- Paprika2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, 2 garlic cloves, paprika and the crushed chicken cube.
- Leave 1 hour in the fridge.
- Put the oil in a large pan, fry the seasoned chicken until golden, add the onion and the other 2 garlics, add the extract, the chopped coriander, mix, cook for about 2 minutes, add the cassava, cover with water, reduce the fire, cook until the cassava is soft. Serve it hot.
