  • Butter35 g
  • Olive oil20 g
  • Onion200 g
  • Parsley10 g
  • Wheat flour15 g
  • Bird Background to taste
  • Potato200 g
  • Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg to taste
  1. Debone the chicken and cut into cubes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll in wheat flour
  4. Sear the chicken in the butter and oil.
  5. Add the onion, diced potato and sliced mushrooms.
  6. Cover with bird background.
  7. Add a pinch of mustard nut and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Let it boil until the potato softens.
  9. Add the peas and parsley.
