Numa panela funda dourar os pedaços de frango, sem deixar cozinhar muito. Depois reservar a carne. 

In a deep pan, brown the chicken pieces, without letting it cook too much. Then reserve the meat.

Na mesma panela, adicionar o alho e deixar dourar. Depois colocar a cebola, o pimentão, a cenoura e refogar bem. 

In the same pan, add the garlic and let it brown. Then put the onion, pepper, carrot and sauté well.

Após o processo anterior, colocar o açafrão, sal e o arroz. Deixar bem incorporados, adicionar os frangos já dourados e colocar água até cobrir. Optei por usar o arroz cru, porque cozinha-lo com os outros ingredientes deixa muito mais saboroso.

After the previous process, add the saffron, salt and rice. Leave well incorporated, add the already golden chickens and add water to cover. I chose to use raw rice, because cooking it with the other ingredients makes it much tastier.

Quando o arroz estiver quase cozido, incorporar o milho e a ervilha.

When the rice is almost cooked, add the corn and peas.

Quando o arroz cozinhar e estiver seco, adicionar o tomate e o coentro. Nesse momento pode desligar a chama do fogão.

When the rice is cooked and dry, add the tomato and cilantro. At this point, you can turn off the stove flame.

Esse prato é feito numa panela só, rápido de preparar e fica pronto rápido, mas fica muito saboroso.

This dish is made in a single pan, quick to prepare and is ready quickly, but it is very tasty.
