- Green Smell to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Season the thighs to taste, I used salt, half a lemon, smoked paprika, saffron, dehydrated vinaigrette, Bahia seasoning and cumin
- Let marinate for 30min
- Cut the onion, tomato and green smell and set aside
- In a pan already heated on high heat, put oil and fry the thighs until golden brown on all sides.
- After that, sauté the onion and then the tomato until wilted.
- Add the rice and season with salt as usual.
- Add 2 cups of water and when it bubbles, lower the heat.
- Let the rice cook until the water almost dries up.
- When it is almost dry, add the corn and the grated cheese.
- Turn off the heat and leave the pan closed for 5 or 10 minutes.
- Finish with green smell on top
