  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Rice1 cup
  • grated cheese250 g
  • Canned corn1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Seasoning to taste
  1. Season the thighs to taste, I used salt, half a lemon, smoked paprika, saffron, dehydrated vinaigrette, Bahia seasoning and cumin
  2. Let marinate for 30min
  3. Cut the onion, tomato and green smell and set aside
  4. In a pan already heated on high heat, put oil and fry the thighs until golden brown on all sides.
  5. After that, sauté the onion and then the tomato until wilted.
  6. Add the rice and season with salt as usual.
  7. Add 2 cups of water and when it bubbles, lower the heat.
  8. Let the rice cook until the water almost dries up.
  9. When it is almost dry, add the corn and the grated cheese.
  10. Turn off the heat and leave the pan closed for 5 or 10 minutes.
  11. Finish with green smell on top
