Chicken breast1 kg
Garlic (clove without core)2 unit(s)
Olive oil150 ml
Peanut paste300 g
Lime2 unit(s)
Cumin Powder1 tablespoon
Black pepper1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chopped Peanuts100 g
Grated Ginger1 teaspoon
Tabasco to taste

Cut the chicken breast into 2 finger cubes
Grate the garlic and squeeze the lemon juice
Add the garlic and half the juice to the chicken.
Season with ground cumin, black pepper and salt. Mix everything, film and reserve in the fridge
In the blender, add the peanut butter, tabasco pepper, grated ginger, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 cup of water, a pinch of salt and the other half of the lemon juice
Whisk well, taste for seasoning and pour into a bowl.
Take a non-stick frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, wait for it to heat up and start grilling the chicken.
Don't touch them too much to create a cone.
Once grilled, place them on individual skewers.
Serve with a spoonful or drizzle of peanut sauce.
Finish with chopped peanuts and, if desired, to add color, a little chives.
