Whole finely grated carrots1 to taste
Can of green corn half1 can(s)
Raisins3 tablespoon
Chopped chives3 tablespoon
Chopped Mozzarella to taste
Chopped ham to taste
Salt, black pepper and olive oil, potato straw. to taste

Start by cooking the chicken in the pressure cooker use the seasonings of your choice I used whole garlic, onion, salt, bay leaf and let it cook for 15 minutes.
In a platter where it will be served, add the shredded chicken breast and all the other ingredients leave it in the fridge and before serving, decorate with potato straw.
