- Canned hearts of palm cut into slices1 cup
- Chopped Black Olives1/4 cup
- Chopped pickled cucumber1/2 cup
- Canned canned corn, drained1 unit(s)
- Fresh peas1/3 cup
- Chopped Parsley1 tablespoon
- Raisins1/4 cup
- Chopped green beans cooked al dente1 cup
- Chopped carrot cooked al dente1 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
