Chicken Salad Wrap! Fast and light!

  1. Put the chicken breast to cook in the pressure cooker and season with chicken broth or with your favorite poultry seasonings (I prefer to season it after it is sautéed with the other ingredients.)
  2. Grate the carrot, cut the tomatoes into strips and wash the lettuce leaves. Book them.
  3. After the chicken breast is cooked, remove the broth, reserve it if you prefer, and shred the breast in the closed pressure cooker. Shake the pan for a few seconds and you have a shredded chicken breast.
  4. Now sauté the shredded breast with garlic and chopped coriander in olive oil, also add the other seasonings. If you prefer, add a little grated carrot to the pâté.
  5. Turn off the stove, in a separate bowl, place the sautéed chicken and add the mayonnaise. In this step you can also add another sauce, 4 cheeses, cottage cheese, cream cheese, etc...
  6. pate ready, Toast the wrap (rap 10) on the baking sheet, about 30 seconds each side, over medium heat. Until they are slightly golden. It's super quick.
  7. It's time to assemble the wrap:

Add in the center, the cheese, turkey breast and fill with the chicken pate (thin layers, the wrap sheet is small, remember that we will close with a cone.) add the grated raw carrot, a lettuce leaf and some tomato strips. Finaloze closing the cone shape, first the band, taking it to the center, and then the other side, taking it to the center.
  9. To keep it tight, I put a toothpick to hold it in the cone shape (if you prefer, you can use napkin paper to roll it up and El will donate it in the shape of a com too.)
