- Chicken breast1 kg

- Bread flour50 g
- Seasonings (salt, garlic, black pepper) to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Spinach1 unit(s)
- Feta Cheese1 unit(s)
- Clean the chicken breast and cut into medium pieces.
- Grind in the multiprocessor
- Steam or sauté spinach. Place on a cutting board, chop, remove excess water (squeezing) and mix in the feta cheese and black pepper (optional). Reserve.
- Place the crushed chicken in a bowl and add seasonings, parsley, eggs and breadcrumbs. set the seasoning
- Roll out the dough on aluminum foil greased with oil, in a thin thickness.
- Spread the spinach mixture with the cheese, leaving a border for finishing.
- Enroll, squeezing. Note The paper should only be on the outside, that is, you roll it and turn the paper back, in the end, it wraps all the paper in the entire roll. Close the ends.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30/40 min. Unroll carefully because of the steam. If it's light, put it back in the oven without the paper to brown it.
- Cut into slices to serve.
